Bellaghy P.S. Visit

St Mary’s Primary School, Bellaghy, Co Derry came to Glenullin Resource Centre on Tuesday 10 March 2009 with their teacher Lawrence O’Kane and their classroom assistant.   They were accompanied through Errigal Glen to see the ancient beech trees,  out to Errigal Old Church to the graveyard and stood in the footsteps of 16C Chieftains at the Inauguration Stone. Volunteer Guides, John McLaughlin and Elaine Montgomery shared their knowledge of the Glen with them, answering questions and taking photographs.  After lunch at the Centre, Sheila Fairon did a craft class on Winter Trees.
